For three generations, a family business specializing in the production and distribution of extra virgin olive oil and olives has been offering pure and authentic products of high quality, with respect for tradition and the environment. From harvesting to bottling, every stage of the process is carefully monitored, with strict quality and traceability criteria, ensuring consistent flavor, rich aroma, and superior quality in every drop. The careful selection of the harvest time, the immediate pressing of the fruit, and storage under ideal conditions all contribute to preserving the valuable characteristics of the olive oil. Olive oil of exceptional quality is produced from olives of the Athinolia, Koroneiki and Kalamon varieties, creating three distinct categories.
